Unfortunately not very much information is available for this project.  However it is known that the location once housed the former Westinghouse Company Warehouse.  Today the LIVE/WORK condominium project houses 161 units that range in size and floor plan. Developers Peter and Tansey did an amazing job turning this once abandoned building into a thriving condominium project. Located in the heart of the Toy District, the Little Tokyo Lofts have a secure and newly constructed on-site parking structure (located in the rear of the building), a pool and spa, and a magnetic key pad entry system. Most of the new homeowners and tenants alike are interested in these units because they offer 12’ ceilings, fireplaces and granite counter tops along with all new stainless steel appliances.  The estimated cost to complete this project was $21,000,000.
